We are proud to serve the freshest, locally sourced fare with our original gourmet breakfasts. Each guest is served as they arrive at individual intimate tables in our dining room. We can re-arrange seating for any size group. Breakfast is continuously served from 8:30-10 AM, so it's okay to sleep in a little; we complete each breakfast once you sit down! Coffee and tea is available throughout the day and fresh brewed coffee hot each morning. We can easily accommodate business travelers for timely appointments and guests who need to make an early departure.
That most important meal of the day begins with a generous selection of coffee, tea, and juices. Starters can be organic yogurt, local
honey; fresh seasonal fruit are served daily. Our renowned baked Amish oats with fresh fruit is often served as well. The wide variety of Lancaster County Farmers’ Markets, Amish Farmers' produce stands and orchards provide many of the favorite ingredients for our daily entrees.
We use local, organic, sustainable farms to supply our egg, dairy and poultry needs. Most breakfasts include one of our famous homemade chicken sausage recipes or smoked chicken. We are also sensitive to the needs of our vegetarian guests, and are happy to offer a meat substitute. Main courses may be Brad's incredible stuffed Challah French Toast, mouth watering Low Country Shrimp and Cheese Grits, Chicken and Waffles like you've never had or a truly original Beautiful Artisan Quiche.
Please let us know ahead of time if you may require attention to food allergies or dietary concerns. We are happy to oblige. Vegetarian, gluten free or vegan we will surprise your mouth.
When Brad is cooking you are welcome to share first hand in the process, but remember: he might put you to work!
