Policies
- Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Late arrivals can be accommodated with prior notice, and we will send self-check-in instructions. Check-out is by 11 AM.
- Early check-in (12:30pm - 3pm) and Late check-out (11am - 1pm) can be accommodated for an additional $30 fee.
- Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled prior to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable, less a $25 processing fee to recover bank and credit charges. If reservation is cancelled within the 7 days prior to arrive, the deposit is non-refundable. Payment in full will be required for any reservation of more than one night if cancelled within 3 days of your stay.
- For multi-room reservations, the deadline for cancellation is 30 days before the arrival date for a deposit refund less a $25 processing fee.
- Children 13 years and older are welcome.
- Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.
- A deposit of one night's stay is required to secure a reservation. Funds will be charged at time of booking, and balances for multiple-night reservations will be processed automatically on the day of check-out, but may be paid at any time prior to that if requested by guest.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- Snow Storm Policy - December through February
- Deposits will be credited towards a future stay if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of reservation due to a snowstorm. Stay must be before March 31.
- Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards are welcome.
- All rooms are billed at double occupancy with an additional 6% PA sales tax and 1.1% local tax.
- Additional bed usage (day bed) in Foxglove or Fennel is $30 plus tax.
- Two-night minimum stays may be required on weekends, and during peak season.
- Smoking, vaping, or any other tobacco use inside the inn is strictly prohibited. Smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco are permitted outside only. Smoking, vaping, and other tobacco use inside will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
- Pets: We cannot accommodate pets except for ADA approved service animals. The animals must be fully trained to assist and service a guest with disabilities as defined by the ADA.
- Damages – A cleaning/repair fee may be charged at the discretion of the innkeeper following disrepair or disrespect of the property or policies.
